Acceptance of Terms
By using bradford-cleaning.com or hiring Bradford Cleaning LLC ("Bradford Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or services.
Services
We provide cleaning, turnover, deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, odor remediation, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, janitorial, and related services in the Akron, Ohio area within a 45-mile radius. Specific services and pricing are set out in your quote.
Quotes and Payment
Quotes are good for 30 days from the date issued unless we say otherwise in writing. Once you accept a quote, that price is the agreed price for the work described. Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Once we schedule a job, we hold that time for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice when possible. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee, which we'll communicate before charging.
Service Guarantee
If we miss something on a job, let us know within 48 hours and we'll come back at no extra charge to make it right. This guarantee covers items in the original scope of work.
Property Access and Conditions
You're responsible for giving us safe, legal access to the property and disclosing any known hazards (for example, biohazards, structural issues, or pets). We're not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items you haven't disclosed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bradford Cleaning's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Insurance
Bradford Cleaning carries general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request.
Intellectual Property
All website content (text, logos, images, and design) is owned by Bradford Cleaning LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
